You’re Invited

Your organization is invited to participate in this year’s annual Holiday Parade!

Marching bands, majorettes, fire engines, grand marshals, vintage cars and dozens of community floats, dancers, and teams will salute our guest of honor, Santa Claus.

Please, no extra Santas! We want the excitement of the big reveal of the Big Guy at the end of the parade for the children in attendance!

Participant Information

RAIN DATE: Sunday, December 8, 2024
THE PARADE GOES ON, SNOW OR SHINE.
PLEASE, NO extra Santas in your party. We want the thrill of the arrival of Santa for the children in attendance! We will be monitoring this in the staging area and your Santa will be demoted to “Elf” if we find one. Thank you for your cooperation!! 🙂
In case of extreme weather, watch this site and our Facebook page for cancellation notice.
Participants in the parade will be shuttled back to the High School – DO NOT BRING CARS TO THE PICKUP AREA!
Please be sure to fill in all fields in the form including number of people marching and number of kids needing rides back.
Only Buses for the High School Bands will be allowed to collect band members at the The Beverly Depot.

Parade participants are encouraged to give away candy and small gifts to viewers along the route.
DO NOT toss or slide anything directly at the viewing galleries.
It is okay to place wrapped candy and small gifts in the hands of viewers by the side of the parade.
Please be careful that viewers don’t have to step into the parade route accept the candy and gifts.
FLOATS! continue on to the high school at the end of the parade for dismantling.
