We assemble at Beverly High School parking lot at noon; step off at 1:00 p.m.

Yes, Beverly High School will be unlocked and we will have access to use the bathrooms.

The entire route is 1.8 miles long, on flat, paved city streets. No major hills. From BHS, the parade travels down Herrick Street, left on Cabot Street, right on Railroad Ave at City Hall, and ends at the Beverly Depot.

The Parade ends at the Beverly Depot MBTA Commuter Rail Station located at 10 Park Street.

Bus transportation back to Beverly High School is provided. When you register, please specify number of marchers who will need a ride back to the start. If all participants can ride home in your parade vehicle, they may depart directly from Beverly Depot upon exiting the parade route. No pick-up vehicles are permitted at the finish area.

No, but the route and access roads will be closed on the morning and afternoon of the event. The Shower Road access from Route 128 to Beverly High School staging area will remain open all day.

BREAKDOWN OF FLOATS SHOULD BE DONE BACK AT HS FOLLOWING PARADE AND PARENTS PICKING UP CHILDREN ETC SHOULD MEET THEM AT HS AS THEY WILL BE BUSSED FROM RANTOUL ST BACK TO HS. 

NO ONE SHOULD BE PICKING UP ON RANTOUL ST.
